]]>ගෝටාබය රාජපක්ෂ ජනාධිපතිවරයා ඇතුළු රාජපක්ෂ ආණ්ඩුවම ඉවත්වන ලෙස බලකරමින් රට පුරා ඇරඹි ජනතා අරගලය ගෝල්ෆේස් පිටියේ ජනාධිපති ලේකම් කාර්යාලය අසල කඳවුරු බැඳගැනීමත් සමඟ මේ වන විට රට පුරාව්යාප්ත වෙමින් පවතී. මෙම ජනතා අරගලය කාලයක්පුරා රාජපක්ෂ පාලනයට එරෙහිව ජනතාව තුල කැකෑරෙමින් පැවති වෛරය පුපුරාඑළියට ඒමක් වන්නේය. එය ගෝල්ෆේස් පිටියට සිමානොවී සමස්ථ ලාංකීය ජනතාවගේ අරගලයක් බවටපත්ව ඇත්තේ එහෙයිනිග ජනතාව එකාවන්ව මේ ආකාරයෙන් පොදු ප්රගතිශීලී අරමුණක් වෙනුවෙන් පෙළ ගැසීමඉතා වැදගත් සාධනීය වර්ධනයකි. කෙසේ වෙතත් මේ ජනතා අරගලය මේ අයුරින් දිගින් දිගටම පවත්වාගෙන යාමඑතරම් පහසු කාරණයක් නොවේ. අනෙක් අතට ජනාධිපති වරයා ජනතා විරෝධය මායිම් නොකරමින් ඔහු සතුව ඇතිව්යවස්ථාමය බලය හරහා ඔහුට අභිමත පරිදි ඇමති මණ්ඩලයක පත් කරගෙන විධායකය පවත්වාගෙන යාමට කටයුතුකරමින් සිටින බව පෙනේ. මේ අතර රටේ ව්යවස්ථාදායකය වන පාර්ලිමේන්තුවද අවැසි පරිදි රැස් වෙමින් රටේ සාමාන්ය පාලනය පවත්වාගෙන යාම සදහා අසාර්ථක උත්සාහයක යෙදී සිටිනු දැකිය හැකිය.
මෙම පසුබිම තුල දුර්වලබාවයට ඇදවැටී තිබෙන ගෝඨාභය පාලනය ජනතාවගේ ජනඅරගලය අවුල් කිරිම සදහා සුපුරුදු පරිදි ජාතිවාදය ඇවිස්සීම සදහා වියරු උත්සාහයක යෙදී සිටී. සිය කැමැත්තෙන් විදිබැස සිටින ජනතාවගේ අරගලය පිටුපස දෙමළ ඩයස්පෝරාව හා විදේශීය කුමන්ත්රණකරුවන් සිටින බව පෙන්වීමට රාජ්යපාක්ෂික ජඩමාධ්ය ගෙනයන ව්යාපාරය අඩුවෙන් තක්සේරු නොකල යුතුය. මෙයින් පෙනීයන්නේ රටේ ජනතාව විසින් සිදු කරන උද්ඝෝෂන තුළින් පමණක් මේ අරගලය ජයගැනීමට නොහැකි බවයි. වැඩකරන ජනතාවගේ මැදිහත්වීම මෙම අරගලය ජයගැනිම සදහා අත්යවශ්ය සාධකයකි. එම නිසා මෙම ජනතා අරගලය සාර්ථක කරගැනීම සඳහා වෘත්තීය සමිති වෙත මෙතෙක් කිසිඳු දිනක නොතිබූ ආකාරයේ සුවිශාල වගකීමක් පැවරී ඇත. මේ මොහෙතේ රට තුළ ජන අරගලයක නිරතවන සියළුම ජනතාවට සහාය දක්වමින් වෘත්තීය සමිති ව්යාපාරය තීරණාත්මකව ඉදිරියට පැමිණිය යුතුව ඇති බව අපගේ අදහසයි.
මෙම අරගලය ඉදිරියට ගෙනයාම වෙනුවෙන් සියළු වෘත්තීය සමිති එක්ව වැඩවර්ජනයක් කැඳවියයුතු බව අප
යෝජනා කරමු. එහි සැබෑ බලපෑමක් ඇති කළ හැකි වන්නේ 1953 හර්තාලයේදී මෙන් එවැනි වැඩ වර්ජනයක් මැදිකරගත් හර්තාල් ව්යපාරයක් දියත් කිරීම තුළිනිග එහි පළමු පියවර වශයෙන් කොළඹ නගරයේ සියළු රාජ්ය හා පෞද්ගලික ආයතනවසා දමාල තොග වෙළඳ ආයතන ඇතුළු සියළුම ව්යපාරික ස්ථානද වසා දමා පාසල් හා පොදු ප්රවාහන සේවා නතර කොටඅවම වශයෙන් කොළඹ නගරය අකර්මන්ය කරන වැඩපිළිවෙලක් ගොඩනැගිය යුතු යයිද අපි යෝජනා කරමු. එමෙන්ම අනෙකුත් ප්රධාන නගරවලද මෙයට සමගාමීව හර්තාල් වැඩපිළිවෙල ව්යාප්ත කළ යුතුය.
මෙම තත්වය සමග ගෝලීය ධනවාදයට හා ජාතිවාදයට විරුද්ධ වමේ දේශපාලන පක්ෂ හා කණ්ඩායම් සියල්ල
එකාබද්ධවී ධනපති රාජපක්ෂ පාලනය පලවාහැර විකල්ප සමාජවාදි වැඩපිළිවෙලක් ගොඩනැගීම වෙනුවෙන් සටන්වැදිය යුතුය. එකී වැඩපිළිවෙල සාර්ථක කිරිම සදහා පෙරමුණට පැමිනෙන ලෙස වමේ සියලු බලවේග වලට අපි ආයාචනය කර සිටිමු. රටේ පවතින දරුණු අර්බුදකාරී තත්වයෙන් පීඩාවට පත් ජනතාවගේ ප්රකාශනයක් ලෙසින් ඇරඹි මේ ජන අරගලය සැබෑ ජයග්රනයක් දක්වා ඉදිරියට ගෙන යා හැක්කේ මෙවැනි ක්රියාකාරකම් සමුදායකින් බව අපගේ විශ්වාසය. ඒඅනුව මෙම අදහස ඔබ වෙත ඉදිරිපත් කරන අතර එය පෝෂනය කොට මේ අරගලය ජයග්රනයකින් අවසන් කිරීම සඳහා ක්රියා කරන ලෙස දේශපාලන පක්ෂ වෘත්තිය සමිති හා බහුජන සංවිධාන වලින් ඉල්ලා සිටිමු
